Garganelli Board in Douglas Fir
This garganelli-gnocchi board is handmade from a 100 year old design originating from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. The 1/8” slats are a mix of domestic & exotic foodsafe hardwoods hand-woven with natural jute and Douglas Fir bookends. Every board is made with integrity and is unique in pattern, therefore there may be blemishes in the wood which I find adds a charming character. My hope is that this pasta board will serve you both as a statement piece for your countertop and a trustworthy kitchen tool for years to come.
